Tomorrow (Wed 29th Sep) is the patronal feast of St Michael's church. Mass will be celebrated at 6.30pm. The choir has been practicing a beautiful new Mass setting. Come along and join us!
This week's bulletin is ready to download from the home page. At St Michael's you will have seen that the builders have arrived to restore the Lady chapel into the main body of the church. Click below to see the architect's plan.
Above is a reconstruction (removed 23/03/22) of how Caesaria Philippi would have looked when Jesus visited it in today's Gospel. It was the source of the river Jordan and the temple complex was dedicated to the pagan god Pan. It is here that Jesus asks the disciples "who do you say I am?"
Just a quick reminder that you now find the bulletin on the home page of the website. Congratulations to Peter and Margaret from SS Peter & Paul who celebrate 65 years of marriage today on Our Lady's Birthday September 8th. Mass was offered for them at SS Peter & Paul's Church this morning and they were able to have a special blessing in their back garden in the glorious sunshine!
LifeFest 21 took place today from 10:00 until 13:00 inside the Emmanuel Centre in Westminster. The event included testimonies, live Q&As, and workshops from leading pro-life speakers as well as short films, music, and much more.
The march itself began from behind The Emmanuel Centre at 13:30 and finished in Parliament Square, where there was a stage set up for public speeches and testimonies. Please keep the pro-life movement, which is across faiths and none, in your prayers. This week's Bulletin is now ready on the home page. |
