Bishops' Conference to Issue Statement on Wednesday 18th March

A spokesperson for the Bishops’ Conference of England & Wales has said:

“Following the Prime Minister’s statement yesterday and advice from public health professionals, the Catholic Bishops of England and Wales are being consulted on the issues regarding public worship.

"A clear statement of the way forward will be issued tomorrow morning following the consultation and the decisions made will be by the five Archbishops.”
